Throughout the Readiness process, your school will work with the Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) in your region to accomplish the following tasks. Your BSS will provide more information as you begin your PBIS Readiness Journey!

1. Ensure admin commitment
2. Evaluate school climate, culture, and buy-in
3. Support staff understanding of PBIS
4. Evaluate current behavioral practices & resources
5. Establish school-wide expectations
6. School team prepares to attend PBIS Tier 1 Academy
