Welcome! You have made the decision to prepare your school to begin implementing the most evidence-based model for improving school-wide behavior. Here you will find all you need to know about readiness to get your school off to a great start.

Readiness is the process used to ensure your school is ready to begin PBIS. WV PBIS has divided readiness into steps that will make your school more organized and prepared before you begin your Tier 1 training. As you go through each step, you will gather information about your school’s data, current policies and staff attitudes that will begin to shape the path for your own PBIS journey.
